This policy applies to sales made by HUBA Architecture Industry and Trade Limited Company (“the Company” or “HUBA Concept”) via the website www.hubaconcept.com.
1. Delivery Terms
Your orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received.
Items in stock are typically shipped within 3–7 business days.
Custom-made products (furniture made to your specifications regarding size, fabric, color, etc.) will be shipped within 21 business days at the latest.
Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of order via our contracted shipping/logistics company.
You must inspect your product upon delivery and accept it only if it is in good condition. If there is any damage or missing items, you must have the delivery person prepare a report and notify them immediately.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Under the Distance Selling Agreement)
Consumers have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days without providing a reason and without paying a penalty.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

3. Circumstances in Which the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Products that are custom-made to meet the consumer’s specific requests or personal needs and are personalized through modifications (such as custom-sized furniture or furniture with colors or finishes selected specifically by the customer).
Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged to the point where they are no longer suitable for resale.
4. Return Policy
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
When returning an item, it must be sent along with the original receipt and all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller if the right of withdrawal is exercised; they are also the responsibility of the seller if the product is defective.
Once the return request has been approved, the product’s purchase price will be refunded to the customer via the payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 days of the product’s arrival at our company.
5. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled before the product is shipped.
Orders that have been shipped are subject to the cancellation and right of withdrawal procedures.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If damage is detected during delivery, you must have the delivery person prepare an incident report and refuse to accept the product.
In the case of defective products, the consumer has the right to request repair, replacement, a refund, or a discount proportional to the defect.
