By entering into this agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the obligation to pay for the products and any additional fees specified in the order placed through the SELLER’s website.
2. Definitions
LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188)

GOODS/PRODUCTS: Refers to the movable property, furniture, and custom-made products covered by the contract

3. Subject Matter of the Agreement
This Agreement was entered into on [as per the Order Information] and governs the sale, delivery, payment, and return/cancellation rights of the products ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Ordering and Delivery
Delivery is available only within Turkey.
In cases of returns covered by the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the SELLER.
Except in cases involving the right of withdrawal, the BUYER is responsible for shipping costs related to delivery and returns.
Products are packaged in a complete, undamaged, and order-compliant manner.
Upon delivery of the product, the BUYER is obligated to inspect the product and accept any damaged or incomplete items.
5. Payment
Available payment methods: Credit card, Bank transfer, EFT
If payment is not made or the transaction is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver shall cease.
In the event of default, liability for late payments and interest lies between the BUYER and the bank; the SELLER is not liable.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
The BUYER may exercise the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the delivery date by notifying the SELLER via registered mail, email, or fax, provided that the product remains unused and is returned along with the invoice.
Custom-made products (fabric, wood, color, size, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product’s packaging, box, and standard accessories must be complete.
Refunds will be issued within one month of the product being received by the SELLER.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the SELLER reserves the right to retain any campaign or discount entitlements in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
The warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing or materials.
8. Force Majeure
If the SELLER is unable to meet the delivery deadline due to unforeseeable force majeure events (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, transportation disruptions, etc.), the delivery deadline may be extended upon notifying the BUYER.
9. Default and Legal Liability
If payment is not made, the obligation to deliver the product ceases.
The SELLER is not liable for payments made by unauthorized persons using a credit card; product returns and related expenses fall within the SELLER’s rights and responsibilities.
10. Competent Court and Enforcement
The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this agreement.
11. Effective Date
When the BUYER confirms the order and makes payment on the SELLER’s website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of the contract. The SELLER is obligated to take technical measures to verify that the BUYER has read and accepted the contract.
